Beautiful 3BD/2BA lower oceanfront unit. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Newport Pier. New kitchen and bathrooms. Spacious outdoor patio & private laundry room. Gorgeous ocean views. WI-FI/Cable/DVD/Linens. 1 carport parking spot.

The downstairs unit has fantastic ocean views from its large floor to ceiling windows where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or a glass of wine at sunset. This unit has an open floor plan where the living room, kitchen and dining area are adjoining and make it easy to have conversations. You can easily step out to the large patio on the boardwalk equipped with a table and chairs to BBQ and relax in the sun. This three bedroom, two bath unit has two rooms with two twin beds and a master suite with a king size bed. The living room also has a queen-size murphy bed for the those extra guests. There are two flat screen TVs in this unit, one in the living room and one in the master suite. This property is walking distance to shops to rent bikes or surfboards and to grab some food at the local beach eatery on the boardwalk or the convenience store on 15th street. This property is located in between the Newport and the Balboa Piers so you can easily walk either direction down the boardwalk and enjoy the fun restaurants and shops. There is one covered assigned parking space for this unit, however there is plenty of street parking nearby.

Perfect place to stay. Needs a few items addressed that were provided on the form provided at check in.

Thank you for your comments. We sent a plumber to check the water flow at the sink in the hall bathroom, this issue is resolved. The carpets have been cleaned and the owners will replace the door mat. The electric plug next to the sofa has been replaced. We and the property owners appreciate your feedback. We have a family vacation. Four generations, from my 94 year old mother to my 5 year old nephew. It is a wonderful time, rekindling memories from our childhood, when we vacationed in Newport Beach. Loved every minute.
