Beachy 2BD/2BA lower unit just 1 block from sand! Nice flats creen TV, two sleeper sofas in the living room, full kitchen with granite countertops and D/W. Patio with BBQ. WI-FI/Cable/DVD/Linens. Private W/D and one parking spot in garage.

Enjoy the beach at this cute 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom lower unit that is located just 1 block from the sand! This property features a flat screen TV, private patio, updated kitchen, furnishings and a gas BBQ.

The living room has 2 couches, new tile, coffee table and flat screen TV. There is a dining table that seats six with additional chairs up at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has a dual sink, granite countertops, dishwasher, built-in microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. The outdoor patio has 2 tables, chairs and a gas BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends!

The master bedroom has a king bed with an adjoining full bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen bed. There is another full bathroom between the master and second bedroom. The couches in the living room pull out to be 1 queen and 1 twin sleeper sofa.

There is 1 parking spot and washer and dryer in the garage. This unit is walking distance to the Newport Pier, grocery store, bike rentals, shops and restaurants!

We are already planning a return trip! It was so great to be so close to the beach. The rental home was beautiful & clean & looks just like the photos. Balboa street is a bit noisy--that was the only complaint we had. Good times!
