Oceanfront 3BD/2.5BA. Beautiful lower condo located on the boardwalk just East of Balboa Pier. Beautiful ocean views, patio and gas BBQ. Laundry room, 2 dishwashers, fireplace. WI-FI/Cable/ DVD/ DVR/Linens. 2 tandem parking in garage.

Relax and enjoy this beautiful ground level oceanfront unit on the Newport Beach Peninsula. This three bedroom two and one half bathroom luxury rental will please all your senses. A gourmet kitchen outfitted with beautiful granite countertops makes meal preparation and cleanup easy with all stainless steel appliances and two dishwashers. If you prefer, you can also dine alfresco using the gas barbeque on the beachside patio.

The Master bedroom suite has a king bed with mounted flat panel TV, and the adjoining bathroom features an inviting tub where you can daydream while peering through a stain glass window that depicting a beautiful ocean scene. The two guest bedrooms have one queen bed and two twin beds. Additionally, the living area is outfitted with a full sofa bed.

To round out your pleasurable stay, this condo has WiFi, satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, private washer and dryer, and parking for two cars in the tandem garage.

This is our third year, and out of the three years, we are very unhappy about the refrigerator, it never works right, and for the price that we pd I don't want a replacement refrigerator sitting in our living rm room every year!!!!
