Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Bargain rates to stay in one of Destin's most luxurious condos. Our condo is unit 402 East. Perfect 4th Floor location! Deluxe Beachfront 2BR/2BA Condo in beautiful Destin Florida. Huge balcony with table, chairs, and lounge chair. Plenty of room to have breakfast looking at the beach. Both bedrooms directly face the beach, and have sliding glass doors accessing the balcony.

Many recent upgrades: High security digital door lock with your own personalized code. Porcelain tile flooring throughout the condo, fresh paint in living, dining, and bedrooms, new Sony 46' High Definition TV, new cordless phone system, new vacuum cleaner, new balcony patio furniture, etc.

Both Bedrooms and Living Room have direct access to extra large balcony, and all are directly facing the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

Perfect 4th Floor location with unlimited views East and West. This level is ideal to get a grand view of the beaches, yet not so high to lose the 'closeness' of being located right on the beach. I also think this floor is good for young families who don't want the small ones out on a 14th Floor balcony. I know it would have made me uncomfortable when ours were that small.

Relax on the ample balcony and enjoy sea breezes and breathtaking views! Have breakfast every morning watching the surf from our balcony!

Balcony is extra large with direct access from Living Room and both Bed Rooms. Balcony has unobstructed views both directions. You will love easy access in and out of the condo on Hwy 98 since there is a traffic light at the entrance to Silver Beach Towers at the intersection of Hwy 98 and Airport Rd. Had a wonderful stay in a clean, bright 2 bedroom condo at Silver Beach Towers. This unit is well maintained and located high enough to get a good view but not too high. All the little extra's the owner has in the condo make it easier for a short stay. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Destin.

This condo is wonderful, even better than the pictures! The owner was great to work with and even gave us extra info we wanted about golfing. I would highly recommend this unit and will definitely be a returning guest!

We really enjoyed our stay! The views were excellent. The condo was clean and just as nice as the pics and video. We saw a lot of dolphins while there. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful location

We had a great time and the condo was perfect! We had plenty of room for the 5 of us and it was very clean. The view was beautiful and we loved that both bedrooms opened on to the balcony. Every morning our chairs were set up and ready for us to begin our day at the beach. I will definitely be back!

Great Property

This was the fourth condo I've stayed in at Silver Beach Towers, and it turned out to be the best one. The unit was very nicely appointed, clean and well maintained. Lots of tile, granite counter tops in kitchen. The owner was a pleasure to deal with-very responsive. Silver Beach Towers is quiet in spite of being on 98; there is a a foyer shared by three condos that serves as a good sound barrier. It is also in the middle of everything with lots of restaurants east and west. Make sure to go to the Donut Hole for breakfast or just donuts. They have a lot of great new flavors, key lime, peanut butter, red velvet. I had a very enjoyable three weeks while staying here.
