This 3300 sq ft duplex, is located in tee box # 1 of private Cocotal Golf Course.
The house is directly behind the Melia Caribe Resort complex and has a private beach for your use(Gabi Beach). You can also use the beach at the Melia Tropical and the large pool.

Walk to the beach is about ½ hr from the house, through the Golf course. By car is 5 minutes. Rental cars are available at the airport (Avis, Heartz, etc).
There is a supermarket inside the complex, by the entrance, and various others in the way from the airport (Supermercado Nacional and Super Pola).
The biggest shopping mall in Bavaro is outside the Cocotal’s gate (Palma Real Shopping) hosting Hard Rock Café, Tony Romas, and many local restaurants that will deliver for free to your door (menus and phone numbers can be found in the house).
