To save your sanity, look no further than this ideally situated LA oasis, located in a prime West Los Angeles neighborhood adjacent to Beverly Hills, three miles from UCLA, a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Santa Monica and Venice, and a 15-minute drive from Hollywood.
For both short and long-term stays, this 2nd floor apartment in a triplex building offers everything you need to feel at home. The recently remodeled kitchen is packed full of all the gadgets, dishes and cookware you need to whip up a meal at the end of the day, and you’ll feel spoiled doing it, thanks to the brand new granite countertops and floors, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher.
The living and dining area are bright and airy, with modern furnishings, high ceilings, hardwood flooring, and two sets of sliding glass doors that lead to two separate private balconies with outdoor seating.
Satellite TV and a 50” flat-screen in the living room are perfect for a cozy evening in. Browse the Internet using the free WiFi, too. To accommodate guests, the sofa is now an L shaped sectional (replacing the uncomfortable sofa bed). We added a high end queen size Aero bed which inflates in 2 minutes and is far more comfortable than the sofa bed.
Hardwood floors carry into the master bedroom, which includes a queen-sized bed overlaid with a memory foam mattress topper. An attached bathroom features more granite for the floors and vanity, and a glass vessel sink. All linens are provided for you.
All in all, this apartment sleeps up to four comfortably.
Another worry you can dodge? Parking. One garage parking spot is available for this apartment for $10 a night. There are also street spots for free, though they may require a bit of searching.

This triplex is located right near the 10 & 405 interchange. Being less than 5 miles from the beaches of Santa Monica and yet only 3 miles from UCLA, 2.5 miles from Century City and Beverly Hills and walking distance to the Westside Pavilion - the location is ideal.
What I love about this unit is the sweeping high ceilings and spacious interior! Close freeway access, and restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance (unusual for LA), plus - the expo line is coming soon!
We are a family of five and were in LA for a few days. This location was excellent and was close to the coast as well as locations like Beverly Hills. The owner (Kathryn) provided absolutely amazing customer service and is clearly committed to provide excellent customer service. The apartment was clean and well appointed.
Apartment location extremely convenient to beaches, Sony Tour, shopping, grocery, and freeway to access other attractions easily. We reached most locations in 10 to 15 minutes or less. Walk to grocery store. Very responsive and accommodating host/owner. Apartment very clean.
We stayed at this apartment twice. It's very well located, nicely furnished, convenient to roads, shops and attractions. The bedroom is great, comfortable bed, lots of storage (dresser and closet) with adjoining bathroom. Kitchen is small but functional and with good basics. Full size stove and refrigerator. Large living room/dining room. Small table suitable for four. Good TV and cable. Good wireless but a bit weak to reach bedroom. Since only has one bathroom with access in bedroom, not recommended for additional guests unless young children. Apartment is on second floor with outside entrance. Despite being near highway (405) actually quiet and calm location. Available garage is an advantage but requires manual opening/closing of door. Washing/dryer (coin operated) in garage. Owner/manager is very attentive to needs. We plan on staying there again.
My family and I have stayed at another location by this owner and had a great time. We decided to try this location as it was close to everything we were looking to do this time in LA. Great location and extremely clean and easy access for all the activities we had planned. Big bedroom and great living room for relaxing at the end of the day with the kids. Kitchen was nice and bathroom was fine as well. Parking on street was good and we had no issues finding a spot out front of apartment. Would definitely recommend and stay at this location next time we are visiting LA area.
The condo was very clean and had everything you could possibly want or need. The location was perfect for us because we were driving all over the Los Angeles area. It was helpful being by the freeway. I would definitely return.
