Busch Gardens is around an hours drive away. Championsgate Golf Resort approx 5 miles

HOME DETAILS: Fully air conditioned/heated throughout Additional ceiling fans In some rooms. There is a cot, stroller and high chair available free of charge if required. (Extra cot £10 per week) The property consists of a lounge/dining room with a double size sleeper sofa which seats three, a 2 seater sofa, 2 lamp tables and lamps, coffee table. There is also a large dining table which easily seats 6. This leads into the main lounge area with 42 inch plasma TV, DVD player, PlayStation 2 with games and additional 2 and 3 seater sofas, lamps/tables. There is a large well equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all equipment needed for a relaxing vacation. Adjoining this is an informal bistro style dining area which leads to the pool via patio doors. The pool is fully screened with a safety fence if required for children large games room with pool table, air hockey and darts. Utility room with full sized washing machine, tumble drier, iron/board.

POOL AND PATIO DETAILS: The pool area faces onto conservation land and is fully screened and enclosed with a West facing pool for incredible sunsets. There are pool loungers, relaxers, sun loungers, table and chairs available for your comfort. For our younger guests safety, we have a safety enclosure fence which can be erected around the pool area.

WOW what a beautiful home!!! photos did not do it justice. It was perfect in everyway! the walk in wardrobe (in the master bedroom) was so big we turned it into a nursery for our little baby!! she loved it. The pool was great aswell (although we did need the heating on (april-may) we made a phonecall and it was promptly put on for us!

The area was beautiful aswell the four corners development was very clean and tidy (well looked after).. there was a supermarket just 5mins down the road. And even better it only took around 19mins to get from the house to the disney parks (amazingggg).
the use of a stairgate in the villa would have been helpful (even if there was an extra charge per week)... But the free use of a small pushchair for my four year old more than made up for this (what with all the walking round the disney parks by the second day she was worn out) the free use of the puschair provider in the house saved us abot $17 dollars per day (the charge of renting on from disney)
we would def recommend this to friends and family...
excllent customer service someone was always at the end of the phone when needed! emails were alway replied to promptly
thank you very much we all enjoyed our hoilday so much, and the children loved splashing about in the pool!!!

great value for the money you will not be dissapointed x

Great all around

I had a bunch of family coming from out of town for my wedding so I was looking for a place we could all stay instead of spending lots of money on multiple hotel rooms. This 5 bedroom offered plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The pool in the backyard stayed occupied! Many of our family are not from Florida and a convenient pool is not often seen. Everything was clean and well-kept. Having a kitchen full of ready appliances, cookware, and dishware saved us a ton on food (we cooked for up to 15 people throughout the weekend). Everyone who came by was very impressed with the house and I heard nothing but compliments the entire stay. The house is beautifully decorated and cared for. Even with having seen the pictures beforehand, I was still amazed when I walked in.

The owners were great - responsive. I got a quick response to every email I sent before, during, and after the stay. Thanks, Cindy!! I'll be looking you up for information if I ever get my plans together for my UK trip.

It was an easy exit off I-4, close enough to all the Orlando hotspots but far enough away to relax away from all the Orlando hotspot noise and traffic. There is nearby shopping, golf, and eating within a 5-10 minute drive, depending on what you are looking for. We loved the Irish pub a mile or two away that offered karaoke.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a family or group who is traveling to the Orlando area. Even at peak rates, it's a hard deal to beat, especially if you need the place for 5 or more days.

Beautiful home, disney 15 mins away, owners were the best, I would recommend this property again and again.
Groceries 2 mins up the road, very close to 192 with lots of restaurants to chose from. Would stay again in the furtue.

We truly enjoyed our stay at your house. Not only were the rooms big, but the whole house. We were really surprised when we walked in. The pool was an added bonus, the kids had a blast. I would recommend family and friends
