Enjoy your vacation at this 2 Bedroom + Studio Peninsula Point single family home! Located between I and L street, this home is walking distance to the beach and Balboa Pier. This home features a private outdoor front patio paved in lovely flagstone and back courtyard, cottage furnishings, new bedding, and close to the beach! New windows, siding and insulation plus cooling features help keep you comfortable even on the hottest of summer days.

The house features new plank flooring throughout. The living room has 2 couches, coffee table and beautiful river rock fireplace. French doors open to the front patio. The brand new in 2014 kitchen has a dishwasher, built in microwave, stainless steel oven and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food. The front outdoor patio has wicker chairs, and the back patio has a table that seats 4, umbrella and a BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends! Front cottage features attic and ceiling fans.

The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two full beds. There is a 3/4 bathroom between the living room and the kitchen. The sunny detached studio has a queen bed, large his and hers closet and a full size sleeper sofa with an adjoining bathroom.

There is a washer and dryer and 1 parking spot.

Reviewer Comments:
My one complaint is the fact that the front shower plugged up with the first shower. It actually backed up immediately during the warming of the water. I believe that the cleaning crew experienced the same thing when they cleaned the shower/tub and should have reported it to maintenance..
Because of the very limited parking at your office location, I would suggest that the cleaning of the houses be scheduled as should the key availability. By doing this scheduling times could be assigned for key pick up beginning earlier in the day preventing all vacationers getting there at the same time.
Staff were wonderful as they are every year.
