Our beautiful, comfortable, tropical getaway offers lots of amenities. Awesome ocean views from the kitchen, living room and terrace. 3 pools (including only outdoor heated pool on Tybee). Sparkling beach and ocean steps from your door. Marlin Monroe's Surfside Grill is the only truly beachside restaurant on Tybee. YMCA, playground, library and Memorial Park are right across the street. All just steps away!

All the on-site amenities mean that you can quickly settle-in, relax and enjoy. From pool to beach to dining inside or out at Marlin Monroe's (or having a cocktail at the bar), you are sure to have a wonderful stay. Also included are 2 covered parking spots for added convenience.

Tybee Island offers lots of other great stuff to do: biking, boating, fishing, fantastic seafood restaurants, shopping, museums, pier. From Beachside Colony you can walk along the beach to the town of Tybee and The Pier. And only a 20 minute drive to historic and beautiful Savannah.

You will never want to leave this slice of heaven!

About The Owner

After years on the move, our family finally settled down in Atlanta. My husband, son, daughter and I fell in love with Tybee Island on our first visit in 2009.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2011
Why The Owner chose Tybee Island

The condo's location is terrific. You can spend the day at the beach, take a dip in the pool and grab a drink and a bite without ever having to get in the car. You can venture out and get to know the Island, by car or bike. We really like to explore the local shops filled with crafts and artwork. And we also love that Savannah is so close.

A Great Time On Tybee Island

The Condo was even nicer than the photos with great views of the pools and the ocean. It was in a great location, we could walk the beach to the pier and to a view of the lighthouse. The beach was great and well maintained and the pools were clean and steps away to enjoy. There are many cute shops on Tybbee Island and Savanah was about a 20 minute drive, just as the website said. We truly had a great time!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
