Beautifully furnished spacious apartment with a large terrace overlooking the blue mediterranean. It is located in a central area, 3-minute walk away from the beach and Malta's most popular promenade, on one side and the shopping / restaurants area on the other. Enjoy sunbathing on the rocky beach and a nice swim in crystal-clear sea during the day or stroll along the exciting promenade. In the evening you can walk around the shopping district stopping at one of the many restaurants, pubs or bars to mingle with the local crowd. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, dining room and a large sitting room leading onto the terrace. The sitting room has white leather sofas. There are three bedrooms, one en-suite with shower, plus a large bathroom and laundry room equipped with washing machine. In addition there is a study with a spare sofa bed that can sleep two more persons.

The apartment is very centrally located on the exclusive Sliema peninsula with its very popular shopping district within walking distance of the beach and a public communal swimming pool across the road. There is a wide range of restaurants also within walking distance catering for different cuisine as well as prices. The apartment is right on the beautiful promenade along the coastline - very popular with the locals for the evening walks for all ages.

  • The rates quoted are for up to 2 persons sharing. For every additional person the weekly rental is increased by Euro 55 in Winter (Nov - Mar) or Euro 75 in Summer (Apr - Oct). Babycot available for an extra charge of Euro 45 per week. 10% discount for bookings of 21 days and over
    Further discounts for bookings of 28 days and over depending on season.
  • Down payment of 35% requested on confirmation of booking and the balance is payable on arrival at the apartment in Malta. A refundable deposit of Euro 400 is required against damage caused to furniture and furnishings payable on arrival at the apartment This will be refunded before departure.
  • Private car space available at €75 per week
    Internet access available for a charge of €50 for up to one month.

This is a particularly fine example of first class holiday accommmodation in a very good part of beautiful Sliema . The apartment is large , bright , airy , tastefully furnished and fitted out to a very hight standard , has a generous front balcony with magnificent views. The owners are very accommodating regarding any extra services you require such as internet and sports channel , these were provided immediately at moderate cost , definitely a place to return to .

Grandement impressionnant dès l'arrivée face à la surface de l'apparement . C'est très spacieux et classe . La vue est très jolie la terasse permet d'en profiter grandement . De plus l'appartement est très bien équipé ( lave linge, ventilation, fer à repasser , télévision avec le cable et internet ! ) . La situation géographique est parfaite, le centre est juste à côté et nous qui sommes jeune n'étions pas loin de Paceville. Il n'y a pas à dire, c'était vraiment génial . Moi et mes amis conseillons fortement cet appartement avec un rapport qualité prix très bien .

Magnificant sea view and ideal location

My cousin and I chose this apartment from the internet and were pleasantly surprised when we walked through the front door. The apartment was huge and very well equiped with the comforts of home such as large kitchen, lunge, dining, large bedrooms, laundry and two bathrooms. Our favourite spot was the front balcony where many meals and evening drinks were spent just enjoying the fabulous sea view people walking along the Sliema promenade. The owners were accommodating with any enquiries or requests we required. We most certainly will be staying at this apartment on our next visit and have already recommended it to other family members and friends wishing to visit Malta.

Our family holiday this year 2009

This was my first time in Malta with my family (partner and 4 teenage children). We choose the apartment online and were impressed with the pictures and location so we booked. Once we arrived the pictures matched exactly and exceeded our expectations as it is a much large apartment than we had thought. It was lovely having so much space, the kitchen and dinning area were well equipped and we had a few lovely evenings eating in and then sitting out on the balcony watching the world go by, as it is a quite busy below us (but not noisy). The bedrooms were at the back and very quite all with fans in ceiling the main bedroom had an en-suite we were given plenty of towels. It also had laundry room and in the back bedrooms there was balcony were you could dry your washing. Its location was also excellent a small walk from the shopping centre, just around the corner from 2 supermarkets and all around places to eat and drink. We had an excellent time on off the buses found excellent restaurants, rocky beaches and interesting historical places to visit.

This seafront apartment in Sliema is an ideal location. Using the apartment as a "home" base, we booked tours to Sicily, Gozo, and Tunesia. Our stay was one month and we must admit, our time went quickly, as Malta has so much to see and do. The apartment was roomy and comfortable and nicely decorated. But the balcony overlooking the sea was our most favorite feature for morning coffee and wine in the evening. Yes, we would recommend this apartment to friends and family.
