3 - bedroom apartment on sixth floor over Malta's popular meeting place

Beautifully furnished spacious apartment with a terrace overlooking the blue mediterranean. It is located in a central area, 3-minute walk away from the beach and Malta's most popular promenade, on one side and the shopping / restaurants area on the other. Enjoy sunbathing on the rocky beach and a nice swim in crystal-clear sea during the day or stroll along the exciting promenade. In the evening you can walk around the shopping district stopping at one of the many restaurants, pubs or bars to mingle with the local crowd.

The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, dining room and a large sitting room leading onto the terrace. The sitting room has white leather sofas. There are three bedrooms, one en-suite with shower, plus a large bathroom and laundry room equipped with washing machine. In addition there is a study with a spare sofa bed that can sleep two more persons.

Lovely, spacious apartment in excellent location for Sliema, sliema Ferries, St Julian's etc. good mix of local bars and restaurants close by with the option of walking down to the busier Sliema Ferries areas. Plenty to do and see, can't really fault anything here.
As regards the apartment, it is well furnished with lovely antiques and spacious kitchen and dining area. The balcony overlooking the sea and street below is a fascinating and relaxing place to sit for as long a you like. The owner Alfred was extremely helpful and took time to tell us about the area, he also organised the taxi both ways for us. If I had to find anything wrong it would be a few little hints, eg the towels had seen better days and the shower facilities in both bathrooms needs updating and modernising.
Would happily recommend to others and would book again.
Owner's Response: We welcome our guests' comments because, since we do not live in the apartment ourselves, it is important to have this feedback to ensure that we always meet expectations. A
Next month all the linen will get the usual end-of-season replacement but we normally ask guests to tell us if anything is not to their satisfaction and we would be glad to remedy the situation immediately. As for the shower, we plan to modernize this during the winter months.

Fabulous spacious apartment with stunning views

This a lovely spacious apartment. We were 4 adults and we stayed for a week. The apartment was clean and well stocked with all the essentials. We were picked up at the airport and that worked really well because we were not sure where we were going.
The apartment has lovely views of the sea and it is just a matter of crossing the road for a swim, what could be better!
I was concerned about there being no air conditioning as we were there at the hottest time of year but the fans work a treat and there is a lovely cross draught when the front and back balcony doors are open. I much prefer this to air conditioning.
Public transport is great. Lots of shops close by. Good supermarket around the corner. People are lovely.
Bottom line, I would go back and I would highly recommend.

Roomy and comfortable - great location

I stayed with my family and the apartment worked very well for us. It was roomy enough for the 10 of us and we loved the location. Easy access to swimming, supermarket, nice shopping, bars and restaurants. We hired a couple of cars and parking in Sliema was a constant challenge given it was summer holiday season. I ended up buying a parking access card to use the Tower supermarket parking lot round the corner and that worked well too. Alfred the owner was very friendly, helpful and informative and always responsive following enquiring emails before our holiday.
GIven we were a large group, a dishwasher would have been handy but we coped! The bed linen could be updated but all was clean and fresh on our arrival. We appreciated the new bath towels!! All in all, a great place to stay with beautiful views of the Sliema waterfront from this 7th floor apartment. The balcony was a nice place for a pre dinner drink with lovely shade and a cooling breeze. The ceiling fans were needed at night and they did the job!
We would stay there again. Thanks Alfred.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Alfred and Laura made us feel very comfortable and they told us everything we needed to know! The appartment was even better and bigger than we'd expected. Very nice view and the location was fantastic!

This is a great appartment which is really in the best location
Alfred and Laura were very helpful with information (and bringing a spare key when we locked ourselves out !) they also made it very clear that they were contactable and happy to help at all times.
The appartment is very big (actually way bigger and much nicer than it looks in pictures)and is great having front and back balconies.
The wifi was maybe a bit over priced at 30 euros as the server was very intermittent and regularly dropped out for up to an hour at a time so if you're not desperate all the cafes near by have free wifi so I would not probably bother.
That being said there was nothing else we would fault about the lovely appartment and would not hesitate to go back again.
Owner's Response: This is the first time that we received a complaint about the WIFI service and if our guests had reported this while they were staying in the apartment we would have called the service provider and they would have resolved the issue remotely and immediately. Their internet service is the fastest and most reliable in Malta and we have always received prompt attention to our calls.

But it is nice to know that our guests enjoyed their stay in our apartment and its central location, and that they were pleasantly surprised to find that it was even better than the photos on the website!

The apartment is right on the beautiful promenade along the coastline - very popular with the locals for the evening walks for all ages.

35% down payment payable on booking and the balance to be paid in Malta on arrival at the apartment. A deposit of €400 will also be charged on arrival but this will be refunded on day of departure, less any cost of damage to the apartment.
