Entertaining… The formal entry opens to cathedral ceilings and a ballroom-style reception with marble floors and a generous conversation area. Hardwood and marble floors are located throughout, perfect for hosting both intimate and larger gatherings.
A personal chef can be arranged to provide meals as you need, or cater exquisite parties right from the fabulously-equipped gourmet kitchen, which boasts high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with convenient seating, as well as a breakfast nook.
Take your casual dining seriously; there are so many delightful settings beyond the formal dining table! Open the fine french doors to a private and gated outdoor pool area. The fresh ocean air and wonderful sunsets will beckon you to take advantage of the grill and dine al fresco near the patio’s open fire pits.

Sleeping accommodations… All bedrooms are over-sized and most offer ocean views.
The upstairs Master Primo Suite...provides a private retreat from the bustling activities beyond its doors. Light a fire in the stonework fireplace and relax with a book in the sitting room, fill the Jacuzzi Spa tub with bubbles and amenities for peaceful soaks, open the french doors to bask in the view from the balcony, or simply sink into the King-sized bed linens. An en suite shower, sink, and commode complete the space.
Also upstairs, the Quattro bedroom is California Casual with an ocean view and offers four Twin-sized beds.
The downstairs Parisian bedroom offers a King-sized bed, private access to the adjoining patio and shares a guest bathroom.
The downstairs Shanghai suite offers a Queen-sized bed and private bathroom with shower, as well as access to the adjoining patio.
Additional Features… This fully furnished home features everything for comfort and convenience including nine flat screen TVs, FIOS TV, Wireless Internet and a fully equipped office including computer, fax, phone and copier.
At home in long beach… if you need a break from soaking up the sun and savoring the sand between your toes… there are many fun and nearby local sites to enjoy. You can hop on the Red Passport Bus to visit The Queen Mary, Shoreline Village, The Pike, and Aquarium of the Pacific. Take a Segway Tour near Downtown and browse in the artist village, or take the short walk to Second Street for unique, chic shopping, gourmet “foodie” delights. Or kick it up a notch and get to the local gym for an exhilarating workout session, then take a leisurely bike ride along the 4-mile stretch of oceanfront path. Wind it down with a gondola tour of the Naples Canals which could include a singing guide and the wine and cheese picnic you brought along.

'We have arrived back home again, wishing we could have stayed in your house longer. Our 5 year old grand-daughter slept on the flight home and when she awoke to remember that we were going back home she started crying because she wanted to go back to your house (they all enjoyed using the pool so much). Both my daughter and daughter-in-law went out and bought an automatic vacuum cleaner after using yours and seeing how easy it was.
