This charming beach house is located just ten minutes from Santa Barbara, nestled in the quaint town of Carpinteria. It is the ideal vacation distination. This two-story beach house offers upscale amenities, lovely ocean and mountain views from the upper balcony, BBQ, and other fantastic features. It is ideal for entertaining, or for relaxing and watching the dolphins at play! Only a few yards to sandy white beaches and beautiful sunset views. You will find specialty shops and restaurants within walking distance. This beach town is indeed a sleeper. Board nearby Amtrak and ride the train along the coast to Santa Barbara just a short distance away, where you will find many points of interest to explore.
