Additional Samos Villa Information: #:- Villa Mikali , Samos Island, Greece has been designed and build with all latest features and can provide accommodation for up to 14 people in 6 bedrooms and sofa beds.
#:- Please note that the swimming pool is available approx from 30 of May to the 03 of October each year.
#:- Winter heating is provided by the reversible air-con units and electric wall-heaters.
#:- Pool/billiard table available for all located in the games room area.
#:- The villa has large balconies all leading from the sitting room with table & chairs and sun chairs.
#:- Also there is a full size barbecue with outside furniture. Four bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and additionally free standing-up fans also available. Two bedrooms have ceiling mounted fans. All patio doors and windows fitted with insect nets.
Additional Area Information: #:- The beach (Mikali) is about ten minutes walk away it is a very clean pebbly beach but with lovely sand in the water. The famous sandy beach of 'Psili Ammos' is only around the corner.
#:- The villa is perfect for the extended family or friends who want to travel together and have a wonderful family holiday.
#:- Loads of space is devoted to Aegean sea views.
#:- Situated on 1 acre of privately owned land in a peaceful country side setting amongst olive and orange trees, and only 10 minute slow walk to the beach.

#:- The island has many new roads, a brand new yachting marina with full facilities, and an international airport.
#:- The best part is of course our villa, it is located in an amazing area with wonderful views of the Aegean sea, the Turkish mountains and the beautiful yachts crossing the Mikali straits.
#:- From Samos you can visit a number of other Greek islands on a daily basis, the nearest islands are: Ikaria, Patmos, Fournoi, Leros, Agathonisi, Lipsi and of course Turkey at Kusadasi again as a daily trip available in the summer months.
