This private, four-bedroom villa is impressive to say the least. We have taken great care in decorating each room carefully creating a perfect balance of modern living and refinement characteristic of the “Villas Agua Dulce.” 3,200sq foot villa can accommodate up to 8 people.

Three beautiful large terraces made of exotic woods and a lush garden surround an impressive three level pool complete with waterfalls that cascade peacefully from one level to the next. The upper level pool is equipped with jets generating a calm bubbling, ideal for relaxing or sipping a cocktail with friends. This villa looks out onto a view of the ocean from each terrace, the 1,000 SqFt main living space and the two master bedrooms but the most impressive view is the one from the rooftop sundeck (645sq feet), a spectacular sight.

Our villa is perfectly located for all kind of sporty activities; from incredible surfing, to diving, hiking, riding and even whale-watching in a local fisherman's boat for the most adventurous. If you are more interested in culture, art, history or nature, our properties are close to colonial sites, museums, zoos and National Parks. If your goal is to go out a lot, restaurants, bars or night clubs are only minutes away from our villas; the department of Tourism organizes yearly a few music festivals on Cabarete's beach.
