Linens are not included and you will have to bring your own linens but linen package are available upon request at additional cost.
$1400 for prime weeks in 2012 still available. There is $20/person/week or $6/person/day fee using the pool. There is no fee for beach parking permits however we take a deposit for the permits when you check them out and return the deposit when you return the pass. There is a 6% Bethany Beach town tax. There is a refundable $300 s/d or non-refundable $45 s/d waiver(you choose one of the two) and a $50 processing fee. If you are interested please make the reservation online per instruction in the next paragraph. 50% is due at reservation and the other 50% is due by 6/1/12 if booked prior to 5/15/2012 and total amount due at time of reservation if booked after 5/15/2012.
