Welcome to The Heights. This hilltop home offers beautiful views of several valleys and Sonoma County towns including Santa Rosa, Windsor, Cotati. Just 5 minutes to the 101 freeway and another 10 to Healdsburg, this location is a great jumping off point to Calistoga (15 minutes), Sonoma (less than 30 min), Russian River (10-15 min) or Healdsburg. Dozens of wineries are in close proximity, along with restaurants, shopping, or taking a scenic drive. Yet this home offers a wonderful country feel and experience, with no encroaching homes, for privacy and peace.
The Heights offers two master suites and two guest bedrooms with king and queen beds respectively. Three of the four marble tiled bathrooms have floors that heat, including a pool side bathroom, walk in showers and upgraded fixtures and 1/5 bath for a powder room . The kitchen is a large and modern gourmet island kitchen with granite counters, two dishwashers, 6 burner gas range top, built in espresso/coffee maker, sub zero refrigerator, and a wet bar fully equipped with an ice maker, bar fridge and wine fridge.
The dining room and living area are set off the kitchen and the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are just a few steps out the sliding glass doors where views, outdoor dining, or a soak in the hot tub all wait for you. The beautiful lighted evening views are lovely, and accent an evening cocktail, dining, or just doing nothing but soaking in the view, and surrounding quiet.
There are flat screen tv's in the living room and bedrooms, stereo sound system and wireless internet, indoor laundry area, and also an outdoor shower area when coming to or from pool/hot tub.
The road to The Heights is paved and needs no four wheel drive, large tires, or suv. A great getaway, or base camp, The Heights offers a quiet luxurious getaway or a comfortable starting point for up to 8 guests to travel and see Sonoma County Wine Country.
