As one of the desirable corner downstairs units, decorated in Tommy Bahama style decor, this condo is comfortable and well equipped for your fun in the sun vacation getaway. Both bedrooms have California King beds with separate private bathrooms. Beautiful tropical plants surround a large lanai for outdoor living/entertaining. The lanai has beautiful views of the mountains and the oceon off to the horizon. Condo has top of the line gas BBQ pits located at the property's pools as well as Jacuzzis. Lawn chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and an ice chest are available for your use as you prepare your day to snorkle, hike, boogie board, sightsee, shop or just sun bathe on one of the many beautiful beaches nearby.

We loved our Kona condo, close to everything, sunny and beautiful. The condo is fully stocked with chairs, umbrellas, towels, and boogie boards. The lani is spacious and beautiful. As described, the condo is exactly as listed, very clean and beautifully decorated. The owner was at all times available for questions via email or text. We definately recommend this condo! Some of our favorite restaurants was Kona Resort Happy Hour 4-6, Splashers Philly-Cheesestake sandwhich,Kona Brewing for Lilikoi Draft along with their pizza and Blazing Steaks for a quick healthy fresh meal.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway

This is our 11th Kona stay. This large unit has undergone a nearly complete total renovation, All major appliances {except dishwasher] which works well. It now will have a new Koa wood finished floor , as the flooring arrived on the date of our departure. We stayed in this unit for 10 wks. The owners really do care to your needs with all the extra beach things I know you'll enjoy this fairly priced unit. To enjoy the ocean you only have to walk a short distance South to too a well marked ocean access sign. We walked to Kona town nearly every AM, about 11/2 miles.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

I love the green and gold palm theme in the living room. The master king bed was comfortable and the pillows were just right. Thank you for having the good sheets. With the windows open and the ceiling fans on we were very comfortable, even on hot days. Thanks again for a lovely place

This unit was available for a good monthly price. It has an excellent layout with two comfortable king beds and two bathrooms. The lanai is spacious and comfortable. There are a few maintenance issues that the owners are dealing with in a responsive manner. The complex has two pool areas with BBQ's and has a book exchange library. It's location in Kona is fairly central but is probably best suited for visitors with a car. We really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome location - loved the complex

What a wonderful condo to make our home for our visit to Kona. The condo is beautifully furnished and well appointed for every want and need. This came in handy, since we cooked at least twice a day at home. Close parking made unloaded everything easy. I was pleasantly surprised how close the condo is to downtown Kona (about a mile) and accessible to numerous beaches - including Magic Sands - one of our favorites. The complex has really nice pools and barbecues that are close and ready for use.

We particularly enjoyed the big back patio. Every morning we would drink our coffee out there, watching the sun come up on the horizon. The views of the mountain are spectacular. You can even see the ocean in the distance.

Thank you for a great place to stay. We will be telling our friends about it and recommend it completely.
