Spectacular contemporary home with spectacular views. Located just minutes from New Haven and Yale, in historic Branford Point. Walk to community park with beach and picnic grounds. Train station with free parking offers commuter service to New Haven, with connections to NYC.

The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, opening to dining and living areas with a gas fireplace, cathedral ceilings, skylights, ceiling fans and French doors to large deck. This level also has a master bedroom, full bath (complete with jacuzzi and shower), half bath, laundry and study. The master bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, and the study is equipped with a day bed.

The upper level offers two additional bedrooms, full bath and a studio/study.

The lower level has an additional bedroom and bath.

The entire house is tastefully furnished and decorated.

High quality linens, towels, etc. provided.

Very nice accommodations

This well appointed and attractive home made our business visit to New Haven so much more pleasant than staying in a hotel. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped (with even the makings for a light breakfast in the refrigerator when we arrived), we each had our privacy but also enjoyed socializing in the common areas. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Visit to Yale

We planned a week vacation to visit my son and found this home on line. When we arrived we were so excited to be staying a week in this beautiful, spacious, immaculate home. It is perfect for relaxing, reading, listening to music and cooking. There are many areas to hike and it is close to the train which we took to NYC. The owners are very accomodating and have thought of everything to make your visit very comfortable and convenient. There is a PC with wireless internet and a printer available for your use. The kitchen is very well stocked and they even had english muffins, blueberry preserves and orange juice for your breakfast. We absolutely loved it and hope to stay again next year.

Heavenly Home!

This rental home was beyond words! It was immaculate and "renter-friendly." Every amenity possible was at our fingertips. The house was spacious and well decorated. We only had to walk as far as the hallway to pick up pamphlets about what the Branford/New Haven areas offer such as hiking, sightseeing and restaurants to try. Computer and printer access were a definite plus! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a a beautiful, well-maintained home in a quiet neighborhood and with property owners who know exactly how to pamper their renters!

Wonderful House

This was our third stay at this wonderful house and our fifth time to rent from these owners. The views from the house are fantastic and it is in a great area. It is an easy drive to Yale, where our son is a senior. Blair and Barbara are very accommodating hosts. We had a great time!

Lovely home, great location

The house was spacious, well-furnished and equipped and was in a great location with easy access to I-95. The owners made the process of making the arrangements for the rental easy. When we arrived, the instructions for using the property were included with the key. We will certainly stay at this property again when we next travel to the New Haven area.
