Awaiting your arrival, our 2 BDM/ 2 BA is in a gated condo complex, which includes multiple lakes and conservation areas. Its tropical setting is a reminder of a Caribbean Vacation.

Featured in this resort are 2 pools (1 heated), Fitness & Exercise center, Clubhouse, Sprinkler fountain for the kiddies, Children's playground and Picnic area with small grills, Volley & Tennis courts (have racquets in our unit).

Our 2 bedroom/2 complete bath condo is located on the second floor. The master bedroom suite includes a King size bed, bath, & walk in closet. The second bedroom can sleep up to 4 children (bunk, trundle & double bed) and a complete bath and walk in closet. Included in the unit are also a Playpen & Highchair if its needed. All of the towels and Linens are included.

Well equipped kitchen will accommodate your meal desires (you only provide food & drinks). A full size washer & dryer as well as an iron & board are provided for your use; (less to pack).

The screen enclosed balcony has a breathtaking view of one lake with a fountain, which lights up at night. This allows for a peaceful ending to a wonderful day.

About Max & Sonya Doderer

We have been retired for some time. In the past years, from 1986 to 2000 we owned two condos in Maui, HA. Since we have time on our hands and have gotten somewhat tired of traveling ourselves we've invested in property in the Walt Disney area, in the Legacy Dunes complex in Kissimmee, Florida.

Our first property was purchased in November, 2011. We do hope that you consider staying with us in the near future.

Why Max & Sonya Doderer chose Kissimmee

The Legacy Dunes Resort hasAquired a Management 2 Years ago. Since then many improvements have taken place.

All of the buildings have been painted, all of the roads have been resurfaced, all of the Lawn furniture has been replaced. One of the Pools is Heated, by installing a new heating system. Having seen these refinments take place it was time to purchase an additional condo, which has just taken place.

What makes this condo unique

We also Own a one Bed / One Bath Condo in Legacy Dunes. This allows a family to envite their Parents along to enjoy time together during the day and have seperate Condos during the night hours.

The condo has just been completely furnished with all new furnishings, linens,appliances and utensils. You'll feel right at home with all of the comforts you've enjoyed. In addition to being completely furnished it offers unlimited phone service in the US and Canada. The condo is but a few miles from World Class Theme Parks. They include Discovery Cove, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Epcot Center, Magic Kingdom Park, Sea World, Universal Orlando Resort. If it's Golfing that's your interest consider Celebration Golf Club, 701 Golf Park Drive. Ranked 4 1/2 stars by Golf Digest. The location is but 6 1/2 miles away. If it's fishing Lake Tohopekaliga, in Kissimmee ranks as one of the top 10 fishing lakes in the US. It holds the world record in all national bass tournaments for the largest one day catch of a 45 lb. 8 oz. Record was set during the 2001 'Bass Top 150' tournament.

There is plenty of shopping in various Flea Markets and Outlet stores. How about a visit to the Kennedy Space Center, 47 miles east of Orlando. This can be most interesting and you should consider at least a day for viewing. Nearby you'll find the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. You'll not have enough time to see it all and might want to consider a return trip to Kissimmee in the near future.

    * We require a $ 200.00 deposit to secure a booking to be paid within 5 days, and then the balance is to be paid no later than 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Payment needs to be made in US Dollars, and we accept Major Credit cards thru PayPal.com., also Cashiers Check, Bank Draft or Cash. Full terms and conditions are sent with booking confirmation.
    * Minimum Stay is 4 Days unless agreed upon with owner.
    * Cleaning fee is $65.00 for reservations 6 nights or less.
    * 5% Discount will be given for a 14 night stay.
    * Additional Discounts offered for Lengthy sta
  • Fees:

    Florida State Sales Tax is 13% and will be applied to the above rates.
    If payment is to be made via Credit Card, there is a 3% - 5% charge. This can be done using PayPal.com.

    The Reservation deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to your arrival. Should this be a later date we would want to work out something that would work for both party's.

    Please Note: No pets are allowed. If it has been discovered that a pet has been in our Condo, there is an additional charge of $400.00 to cover the additional cost of having the unit professionally cleaned. This is a non smoking Unit.

One of the best vacations

Our time in Orlando was great not just because the great city is, but a big part of it was to have a great place where we could stay. The condo was every thing promised . Condo completely met and exceeded our expectations. Condo is clean, well equipped, convenient location and decorated nicely. The pictures do not do the condo justice. The pool area is impressive and is well designed for childrent.

I recommend this condo and look forward to returning on our next trip to Disney.

Great vacation rental

A truly clean and comfortable vacation rental. Well equipped kitchen with laundry in the unit which is a big plus for longer stays. Just minutes to all area attractions and shopping. Casual and fine dining just around the corner. We loved the Bonefish Grille! Many amenities on the property to enjoy. All the conveniences of home!
The owner's were very helpful and provided clear and detailed instructions to the unit from the Orlando airport. Max and Sonya were courteous and went an extra mile to insure that we had a vacation to remember! Once you've been their guests you'll never stay in a hotel again!

Hated to leave.

This was my 1st trip to Disney as well as my 30th Birthday so looking for just the right place to stay was a long adventure. My boyfriend & myself stayed here for 8 nights but after night 1 wished we planned to stay longer! It was sad when we chose to extend our trip but had to go somewhere new. The location was perfect, bed & sofa more then comfy along w/a great Tv to just relax w/after a long day. On the drive back to MA we decided to make this our yearly trip & plan on contacting Max to hopefully stay here again. :)
