We had an enjoyable time at the condo. It was just the right size for my family (2 adults, 2 children). The balcony is on the 4th floor so no one is above you which is great. The view is AMAZING!!! We loved waking up to the sunrise, ocean sounds, and ocean view everyday. The condo is about 2 blocks from the boardwalk and the pier and we walked everywhere farther than a mile away. The condo owner is very easy to deal with as well as communicate with. We would definitely rent again!!

Overall I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit and the complex as a whole and you cant beat the location as it overlooks the beach, the rising sun, and is located within walking distance of tons of eating choices and shopping. I would stay here again anytime I come to a race.
