Exploring the Hot Springs National Park

I traveled with three women friends. Our plan was to explore the oldest national park area in the country. We knew little about where we were going or what we would find. What a delightful surprise! Wanda's apartment gave us a fabulous home, a retreat, a beginning place for many wonderful adventures. The apartment fees included free passes to Quapaw Baths. We used these most days and had wonderful, leisurely soaks in the historic bathhouse, perfect endings to days of hiking in the mountains and shopping on the main avenue. We toured Garvin Gardens. We drove to Little Rock and visited the Clinton Presidential center. We enjoyed theater and dinners out but we also cooked in in the fully stocked kitchen. We ate many meals on lovely china plates under the glow of the chandelier, toasting each other and our good luck fordrpjj having found such a wonderful place to visit and such a wonderful apartment for our base. I would recommend Wanda's apartment highly - clean, lovely, funky, interesting and more than that, inviting and enjoyable. Just doesn't get better!
