Luxury and comfort! This is the only luxury beach rental home within walking distance (8 minutes) to T-Street beach, (rated as one of the best surfing spots in California) the Pier, and downtown shops and restaurants, and a new Ralph's Grocery store at the top of the street. Park your car and stroll everywhere! This newly remodelled fabulous beach home features a new designer custom kitchen, new bathrooms (including a jacuzzi tub in the master suite), new flooring, window treatments, paint, new furniture, new everything! Also includes a large ''California Room'' (a roofed back patio, draped, furnished, nicely lit, heated, with a flat screen TV.) Large Gas BBQ. Outside seating and outside firepit. Plus, an additional private and intimate back patio off the master suite, with large lounger, speakers, and romantic strung lights

The only thing comparable to the amenities offered by this property is the Ritz Carlton in Dana Point. Nothing matches its luxury and location in San Clemente.

New audio system to all areas of the home with two I-Pod ports - sound including the cable music channels flow inside and out. A Netflicks account is set for you to enjoy. Each bedroom has its own new flat screen TV. The home is steps to the beach, pier, shops and restaurants! The garage contains everything you need to enjoy your beach house; two learner surfboards, new Beach Cruiser Bicycles, four boogie boards, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, fishing poles for the pier (no licenses are needed to fish off the pier). Come back from the beach and shower off the sand outside in the home's dramatic outdoor shower - see photos.

The owners are a family who live one block away. They are happy to offer any assistance, suggestions about San Clemente and Southern California attractions or provide general help with your travel arrangements to make your stay enjoyable.

Please note: this is NOT a 'party house.' The maximum number of guests allowed is 7 at any time. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The residents are very welcoming and enjoy visitors - we would like to keep it that way.

Great stay in San Clemente!!

My family and I travel to Orange county every year for spring break as we have family in the area.
This property was definitely our favorite. The house and grounds are immaculate, and you are really provided every amenity you could think of. The street is nice and quiet, and you are within walking distance to a lot things. A beautiful Ralph's is just up the street, the Bagel Shack next to Ralph's is awesome too! Check out breakfast at Surfin Donuts (next to Baskin Robbin) a couple street past Del Mar. The beach is about 1/2 mile down some pretty steep hills, so I would recommend driving to Calafia State Beach (about 1.5 miles away) plenty of close parking and plenty of beautiful beach that wasn't as crowded the pier bowl area. Definitely take advantage of the San Clemente running/walking trail that runs along the beach too! The house is truly beautiful and everything is as described on the site.The bed in the master bedroom was ridiculously comfortable. My kids (11) and (10) fought over the shower in the master! The outdoor shower came in handy when we and our extended family would come back from the beach, and the outdoor patio is beautiful and functional as well.
We will certainly be back next year!!

Best Vacation Rental Property In San Clemente!

We enjoyed this property in Feb & Mar 2012 so much we returned in Feb & Mar 2013. Kellie & Jim have done an outstanding job in making their home the best home away from home experience possible. Casa Cadiz has everything you will need for your San Clemente visit. The 3 bedroom, two bath lay-out is excellent for a family or a couple who plan to have weekend guests. The master bedroom suite is a WOW factor! The outside entertainment area with big screen TV, heaters, fire pit, grill and seating for 18-20 people is perfect for extended family celebrations. There is also everything you need for children or grandchildren to enjoy the beach or enjoy a family bike ride. Nothing has been overlooked.

The home is located in a quiet owner occupied residential area with neighbors who treat you as neighbors. Ideally located with a 10 minute walk to the beach or Del Mar for shopping & dining. The new Ralph's at the end of the block was a real plus for our visit this year. If we could give ten stars we would! We have already booked Feb & Mar 2014!

I keep meaning to write this. We travelled from New Zealand and stayed at this amazing property. Everything the owners say in the listing is true. The place was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The owners were extremely helpful and just lovely. The beach was great and the local restaurants were fun. San Clemente was a great middle point for all our visiting and sightseeing. We will definitely come back one day.
