This 1,210 square foot 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a corner unit and sleeps ten. It’s located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The private balcony offers views of the Gore Mountain Range.
The living room features a flat screen TV and cozy furniture where you can warm up in front of the gas fireplace. It has also has a king sleeper sofa and a queen-sized murphy bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet. Off of the living room the private balcony that offers views of the Gore Mountain Range.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware & tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area seats six comfortably, with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two bathrooms is located just down the hall. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks. The guest bedroom has queen-sized bunk beds and the guest bathroom is just across the hall.

WATCH OUT FOR GIMMICKS: Don’t be fooled when someone offers discounted lift tickets. Discounts on lift tickets are all the same as long as you do not buy at the ticket window. Buy your discounted lift tickets from the kiosk at the grocery store or online. Kids Ski Free is another gimmick designed to make guests believe they’re getting a deal when in reality they’re paying higher nightly rates and an “amenities fee.” When you do the math on total cost of stay it turns out it’s not a deal at all.

Buffalo Lodge is located in the heart of River Run Village and home to the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and Gorsuch. This unit has a beautiful view of the Gore Range, miniature golf, ice skating rink just out side your front door. This property features many amenities, including underground parking, 4 hot tubs, large outdoor heated pool, pool tables and much more.

I would highly recommend this place due to the condition of the property and great location. The underground parking was excellent. My kids enjoyed the pool tables in the common space area of the building. It was very close to restaurants and the slopes for the River Run area.
The unit was in a great location and with easy access to River Run Village. It was a roomy unit with ample space for our group to relax. On the downside - the grill was filthy when we checked in. The refrigerator did not reach a cold temperature in a timely manner, so much so that we did not feel safe eating the chicken we had stored in there overnight. There were multiple lights out and a layer of dust on the pendant lights above the bar. For the $99 fee charged as a cleaning fee, there seems to be only a surface cleaning performed.
The condo was wonderful, clean, fully stocked and in the perfect location. We had a great time and are looking forward to staying here again.
March '07 Thanks for a great place to stay! The condo was perfect! Lots of room and we love the views of the village and ski run. Everything we needed was right outside the door. The skiing was amazing and it was nice being so close to the gondola! Wireless Internet access was wonderful. We'll definitely be back!
