Ideal location in Portsmouth, RI on prestigious Indian Ave just minutes from beaches and downtown Newport. This 5500 square foot home is great for entertaining and was built in 2006. The home boasts a 5500 square ft and an

open livingroom/Kitchen. The great room has18 foot ceilings, a 60' TV, bar, billiard table, shuffleboard bar table, piano, and dining room table for 10. The property also has a 22 foot antique bar room shuffleboard table . There is also 1000 feet of balconied open space on the 2nd floor great for an office or a children's play area. Relax in the roof top 8 person hot tub or the basement 6-person sauna. There are a total of 5 king beds, 1 double bed, and a queen pull-out sofa. This property is dog friendly (speak to owner)

Bedroom 1 has a King bed, custom shower, and jacuzzi tub. Bed 2 has a King bed and double bed, custom shower and deck with hot tub, Bedroom 3 has a king bed and private bath. Bedroom 4 has a King bed, bedroom 5 has a king bed and optional crib (beds 4 and 5 share a bathroom). There is a 6th king bed sleeping area in the 2nd floor loft. Crib/s available upon request.

Outdoor space is entirely gated and fenced to provide safety for children or a pet. There are 4 decks positioned around the home for private outdoor spaces, and a grand 50'X8' farmers porch. The professional kitchen is outfitted with 4 foot fridge, 6 burner oven with griddle, wine fridge, dishwasher and extra large walk-in pantry. There is also a large Vermont Castings gas grill off kitchen. Requesting inquiries from families and responsible adults only. Max 10 adults (occupancy can go up with the inclusion of children).

We rented this house for a bachelorette party and it was definitely one of the best choices we made. As soon as you walk in, your jaw will drop with the amazing interior decorations and the exquisite class this house portrays. It was close to a lot of cafe's and local restaurants, along with being just a quick drive away from Newport! Owners were very quick to reply back to questions and had everything readily available at the home. Will definitely come back to this location again!

Great place just a few minute drive from everything around Newport. Good for multiple families with kids to vacation. Clean and well maintained. Owner was very helpful.

We thought the place was located in a beautiful area and not far from beaches an Newport. The landlord was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I Highly recommend it.
