OCEANSIDE: (K,4Q,2S) Spacious and well equipped home in Sea Hawk Subdivision located a short distance from the village shops in Duck. This magnificent home features an elevator for easy access, four master bedrooms and a game room with a pool table, air hockey table, wet bar and refrigerator. Beautifully landscaped fenced in yard with a large 18x36 pool and a 7 person hot tub with plenty of decking. There is also a swing set for the children and a port a crib. Enjoy quiet cozy evenings lounging in front of the gas fireplace! There is also a basketball goal and horseshoes for the athletes. Unlimited FREE long distance and local calls! Only 1350 ft. to the beach and close to fine dining and shopping in the heart of Duck!
Bed Linens provided between 5/22/2010 to 9/4/2010 with a full week rental (Discounted weeks excluded). Bath Linens are available for an additional $125 plus tax.
