Breathtaking 270 degree ocean views from Point Dume to the Channel Islands. You can literally watch the sun rise over Point Dume, relax in the ocean view hot tub, and then watch the sun set over the Channel Islands. And the best part is you are just minutes from the finest beaches on the California Coast -- 2 minutes to El Matador, El Pescador, and La Piedra and 5 minutes to Broad Beach/Zuma Beach!

The house is approximately 3000 sq/ft on almost 1/2 acre of land which is completely fenced. The main house consists of 3 Large Bedrooms (2 with spectacular views), living room with plasma TV, dining room with wood burning fireplace and large kitchen. There is also a separate guest house with kitchen and bath. There are spectacular ocean views from almost every room. The grounds are equally stunning containing walking paths, fruit trees, and the sunset/ocean view hot tub, lawns, and lounging areas to take in the spectacular views.

The house is the perfect jumping off point for all of the finest activities Malibu has to offer: golf at the Malibu Country Club, wine tasting at the local wineries, shopping at the Country Mart and Lumber Yard, restaurants, movies, parks, and miles and miles of beaches. You also have easy access to Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, Venice, Beverly Hills and Disneyland.

this place is just what we wanted for the 3 day get-together of a group of 12 friends. we had a great time with this facility secluded from the rest of the place we made all the noise we could at any time of the day and got away not causing any trouble ;)
Friendly demeanor by the prson who rented out.
the view from the backyard was the best. would certainly recommend this place.

This place is amazing, and perfect for a big group with little ones. The pictures don't do it justice, it's much bigger than it looks and the view is absolutely incredible. We just spent Thanksgiving here with my entire family, 8 adults and 4 kids, and there was plenty of space, beds, and baths. The guest house is close but private, perfect for couples without kids or grandparents who want to sleep in, plus it has it's own sunset deck and hot tub. We hit the beaches and trails by day, which are super close, and grilled out every night enjoying the view and fire. It really was a rad pad.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
