Classic Colonial style 1,600 sq. ft. Newport home featuring 3 spacious bedrooms with Queen & Full sized beds with high-end bedding and 1 full bathroom all on 2nd floor. On 1st floor you will find a large & bright living room with a fully functioning fireplace, a flat screen TV and DVD player. Also on the 1st floor is a spacious dining room with family sized dining table and plenty of natural light. Newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and most utensils needed for self-catering. There is also a half bath on the first floor. Basement is finished and also furnished with comfy couches and a TV, great for a family game night! For those who can’t get away from their workout even when on vacation, there is a treadmill to get your workouts in. Harwood floors throughout. Large open fully fenced-in backyard with a deck perfect for grilling out and sunbathing. 1 car garage and space for up to 4 additional vehicles. This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of Newport within walking distance from the local casino and a short drive to all Newport beaches and attractions including Thames Street shopping, and the beautiful Bellevue Mansions. Bike and scooter rentals available in town; and very affordable taxi service is available. No smoking inside the house; no pets allowed. Check in at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am.

Perfect rental for a Newport getaway!

I rented this home for a bachelorette weekend for my sister, and it worked out perfectly! The owner was a joy to work with. She was always accessible and had great recommendations for things to do in Newport. Since the house is only a few minutes away from downtown, cab fees were extremely affordable. The home was cozy and had plenty of room for 8 ladies to sleep comfortably and lounge around. Bottom line: I highly recommend this home to anyone for a Newport get-away! You won't be disappointed.
