Incredible ~ Fabulous ~ Relaxing Vacation!!!

We renting this fabulous home for our Son's High School graduation trip! There were 9 of us that stayed the whole trip, and 5 others that came at varying times throughout the week....All slept very comfortably! And we even had MORE room than we needed. The ages were 17 - 70, and all had plenty to do! We took advantage of the PONTOON boat and also brought a fishing boat of our own. The LAKE was fabulous- we visited the "CLIFFS" ( the kids all climbed, then jumped off into the clear blue/green water) We also made 2 trips to the FALLS and had a great time climbing them and visiting with other boaters. We took advantage of the water for water-skiing, wakeboarding, knee-boarding and fishing. We drove 1-day into town (SENECA) and did a little shopping. Mostly, though, we stayed at the home and really enjoyed COOKING in the AMAZING gourmet kitchen (With 2 ovens) and grilling outdoors (near the outdoor fireplace), playing pool (CLEMSON POOL TABLE) and basketball, fishing & swimming from the dock- watching the family of geese every morning from the porch as they made their way across the cove, and catching just a glimpse of the visiting beaver. The Owners were AWESOME and helped map out certain areas of the lake to visit, came by to help me with my computer connection, introduced us to the boat and home and answered any question we had! The home was immaculate and there were special "touches" all over the home, such as a laundry shoot upstairs, incredible wood moulding throughout, and convenient touches galore. Even the walk down to the water/dock area had immense character with detailed wood accents. The property has a beach area (for horseshoes- but the girls sunned there), incredible walking paths, lawn area for our croquet set, volleyball/badminton set, and even a HAMMOCK! We did bring our small dog, and she had plenty of grass area to run and play. There was not 1 thing more we needed. Thank you Richard & Sherry & Family for opening your home to us! It made our vacation with our children, family & friends so special! We hope to rent again next year! The Lyon's
