The house is located off the main road via a waterfall crossed lane, down a garden staircase. Fling open the shutters once inside, walk out onto the patio….It's really a postcard view you have here on this private property that comes with a lakeside garden, small dock by the shore where you can jump into the water and short walk to town.
Villa Rosina is perched on the shore of Como where the lake activity of boats coming and going can be enjoyed from the terrace over a morning café or an evening aperitif. Nesso is within walking distance and has been a lakeside village from Roman times. It is your little step back in time. With great views, lovely gardens of cherry and chestnut trees next to the house.
