North Coast Village has: Swaying Palms, Babbling brooks, Koi pond, Barbecue grills, Billiards, Community Card table area, Ping-Pong, 2 Community Pools, 2 Community Spas, Putting green, Exercise rooms, Separate men and women's locker room with saunas, Outside showers, Coin operated laundry, Elevators, Free local calls, Subterranean gated parking with at least 1 assigned space, Banquet room (approval and fee required),Security 24 hours/day, Fire sprinklers in units and hallways. Walk to the Harbor and you will find fine restaurants, picnic tables, and a harbor village with shops, eateries, a lighthouse, sport fishing, whale watching, boating and other water-oriented activities. Agent believes all information displayed online is correct, but reserves the right to correct any errors, and will notify guest immediately.
