This is a beautifully restored three-bedroom and three bath condominium. We are located in Building 1 which is one of the closest to the beach. After Hurricane Dolly The Bahia Mar resort was completely restored with two new beautiful pools and Jacuzzis. This condominium has two levels. We placed our master suite on the second level with a king bed and an en suite bath (shower/tub combo) and private balcony. The beautifully furnished and decorated first level has a large second bedroom with two queen beds, en suite bath (shower/tub combo) and private balcony. Our third bedroom is also on the first level with 2 queen beds. The bath for the third bedroom (walk-in shower) is just outside the bedroom door so that it can also be accessed from the living area. There are coin-op laundries in the Bahia Mar, however, we felt that we needed to give our guest the convenience of a washer and dryer in the condo. To get down to the beach, just go down stairs and you are just 100 steps from digging your toes into the soft, warm sand. Vollyball nets are set on the beach seasonally as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals. During the peak season, jet ski rentals and banana boat rides are available.

If you ever feel that you need an item that is not provided or is missing, or if any situation comes up during your stay that requires attention, we have a phone number that our guests can call 24 hours a day. We do it because we care about our customers.

Water sports such as jet ski rentals and banana boat rides are available. beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available. Sand castle lessons are available and great fun for every member of the family. Off-site bird- and turtle-watching, and beach Other activities include horseback riding. Across the Queen Isabella Bridge in Port Isabel there are museums. Make sure you visit the Light House museum in the year old Port Isabel lighthouse. It is the smallest State Park in Texas. Port Isabel has many artsy little shops including antiques and art galleries. The Gladys Porter Zoo one of the top zoos in the country is

just a 30 minute drive to Brownsville.

In Laguna Vista, Golfers can check out the South Padre Island Golf Course.

Water activities include Schlitterbahn Beach Water park, Sunset dinner cruises, dolphin watch, ,snorkeling and scuba, surfing and sailboat rental. Fisherman can try Bay, Deep Sea, & Surf Fishing. Highly recommended restaurants include The Sea Ranch, Louie’s Back Yard, Gabriella’s, and Captain Roy’s Mexican & Seafood.
