There are 3 separate bedrooms on the upper floor along with a sleeping sofa for 2 people, located in the informal TV/DVD corner. The cottage also offers fully equipped kitchen (with dish washer) and dining facilities.

The spectacular nature at Snæfellsnes peninsula has often been referred to as the center of the earth and became world famous after Jules Verne described it in his book “A Journey to the Center of the Earth”.

The setting offers a variety of things to do such as: beautiful hiking trails, whale watching, sailing around various islands, historical placed, bird watching, skiing and sightseeing on the glacier.

We had a wonderful time!
The listing description was accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities.
The property was warm, cosy,clean and well-maintained.
The owner provided good customer service,
We would certainly recommend this property to friends and relatives.
We liked the silence, clean fresh air, beautiful skies, sunrise and sunset, sea, glacier,surroundings, black stones and coffee and warm apple-pie in the small coffeehouse.
We'll be back,
