The property is also walking distance to downtown Campbell River with its shops, restaurants, Farmer’s Market and Fishing Pier.

Cliff House combines the very best of urban living with all the comforts of home. Cliff House South has all the amenities listed, as well as a fireplace in the living room, a large outdoor deck with beautiful wood patio furniture, and steps leading down to a fire pit. All bedrooms have luxurious linens and cable television. There are spectacular ocean views from all of the living areas, including the master bedroom, which has its own private deck and ensuite washroom. For your entertainment there is a television and DVD player, PS3 in the living room, a CD player with an Ipod Docking Station, AM/FM radio and a bookcase stocked with books, games and movies.
South Cliff House Layout
This home has a living room, dining room, kitchen, full bathroom and laundry room on the main floor. The 3 bedrooms are all located upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom and a sliding glass door leading to a small ocean view deck.. Perfect for morning coffee!! The second and third bedrooms are located off a small landing with a couple steps down to another full bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has 2 super-twin beds which can be converted to a king bed. The third bathroom is located on the main floor and has a soaker tub and shower.
Cliff North House Layout
Cliff North has the kitchen, living room, laundry room one twin ocean view bedroom which converts to a king and a bathroom with a walk in shower on the main floor. Upstairs has a large queen master bedroom with panoramic ocean view and the third bedroom with a queen bed and deck for afternoon sun.
Privacy
Although Cliff House South and Cliff House North share one adjoining wall on the main floor only, every effort has been made to ensure guests enjoy privacy. The home has extra soundproofing in the adjoining wall and guests have separate entrances as well as their own deck and fire pit on the oceanfront side. A privacy fence divides the two garden areas without disrupting the ocean view.
Easy Ocean Access
A paved road to the beach slopes down the Cliffside, and the paved sea walk runs right by the house….perfect for walking, cycling and rollerblading.
Larger Groups
Perfect for a family reunion, fishing or golfing group, or any gathering requiring separate bedrooms, Cliff House South and North may be rented together as one large 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. Pricing for the full home is based on 8 guests: $625/night for a 4 night minimum or $3,750 for one week. Additional guests cost $20/night/guest. All reservations subject to a security deposit.
Cliff House has added another property! The Edge Bed and Breakfast is located on the adjacent property. The Edge is a luxurious Bed and Breakfast taking the entire main floor of the home. Guests can chose between a deluxe queen bedroom with private bathroom and patio or a luxurious suite with private bathroom, sitting area and private patio. Amenities include a large shared lounge with big screen TV, DVD player, XM radio, CD player and an office/library stocked with books,computer, printer, private phone for local calls, wireless internet, hot tub, sauna, steam shower. A delicious continental breakfast is served each morning and snacks each evening. It is perfect for guests staying at Cliff House who need an extra bedroom or 2 or guests who want to be pampered in a luxurious home overlooking the ocean.
