Enjoy the morning sunrise overlooking the Indian River Bay from the screened back balcony and evening sunsets overlooking the seventh and eighth fairways of the Bethany Bay Golf Course from the front third story upper deck!

Almost 2000 square feet of living space, this four bedroom, four bathroom, two story Condo includes a large eat-in kitchen plus a Breakfast Bar, large family room with TV, DVD/VCR. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV.

The first floor bedrooms (bedroom one and bedroom two) are furnished with a queen bed and the second floor bedrooms have one queen in bedroom three and two queen beds in bedroom four. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. At the top of the steps to the second floor, a loft overlooks the living room.

We had a great time last year. Condo was very clean and neat. A pleasant place to stay and relax. Just a short drive to the beach. We'll be returning again this year.
