After a day of touring Savannah you can enjoy time unwinding in the courtyard with a semi-private pool and outdoor fireplace. The carriage house is completely furnished with a king size bed, full kitchen for cooking, and washer/dryer.

The carriage house is new construction grounded in historic tradition. The floors are wood throughout with tile in the bathroom. The moldings were reproduced to match the main house. Insulated glass windows and foam insulation assure you a quiet, comfortable stay in the landmark district.

I'm Mary and I'm here to help you book and enjoy your vacation. What makes this house unique

This is one of very few downtown properties with a swimming pool! Not only is this a luxury property but it has a saltwater pool and outdoor fireplace! Amazing!

An easy three block stroll will have you in Forsyth Park - the landmark districts largest park. The park features a cafe, tennis courts, farmers market on Saturday, and is surrounded by some of Savannah's finest homes along with some of the locals' favorite restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and markets. Hall Street is a beautiful brick street with large Live Oak trees and some of the largest Crepe Myrtles in the area.

The primary grocery store for downtown, Kroger, is located just a block away and Ganem's wine shop is just a block and a half away.

Heading North you will enjoy strolling through many Savannah Squares as make your way to Broughton Street - the primary shopping street, or to River Street.

We truly could not imagine a better place for a couple to stay in Savannah. Clean, well decorated, convenient, relaxing ! The park, grocery store, wine shop all within about a 3 minute walk. We will never stay anywhere else in Savannah if the Carriage House is available ! Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Highly recommended, you will love this carriage house rental. Very clean, private and close to everything. The courtyard is beautiful and quiet, the owners are very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed our time in Savannah and hope to come back, if and when we do, we will be renting the carriage house again! Better than any hotel.

Amazing!

I am well-traveled and have visited hundreds of hotels in countless cities. The Carriage House is awesome and beats any luxury hotel! The space is well decorated, roomy, cozy and quiet. The kitchen was a great size so we could make our meals and store our food. The bedroom was cozy with a king bed and soft linens. The bathroom was functional, clean and big enough for two. The washer and dryer was so helpful! We really enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House! If it wasn't so cold, we would have really taken advantage of the pool and fireplace area in the courtyard. Don't hesitate, this place beats any hotel stay.

Wonderful, Spotless, Upscale and a great location

I spent a wonderful week at the Downtown Savannah Luxury Carriage House. The owners have thought of everything in this upscale carriage house. The home is perfectly laid out for your every need, all the amenity are high quality even the kitchen utilities. The house is spotless and the king size bed was very comfy. The courtyard was lovely with the pool in the middle and safe for my twins to enjoy swimming, I did not have to worry about them because the carriage house is gated. There is a beautiful fireplace in the courtyard and lots of comfortable furniture. The Forsyth Park is a short walk which my kids and I enjoyed very much. The Krogers is in the backyard which made shopping for food easy. I would differently recommend the Carriage house highly. The owners are very helpful, nice and easy to work with and they take pride in their property. Thank you Erik and your wife for sharing your Carriage House with me and my children we loved our stay.

As someone who travels often, this place was a welcomed experience. The carriage house was a perfect get away. The privacy & location of the house was excellent; could not ask for better amenities. Would recommend to anyone staying in Savannah.
