LOW PRICES FOR CARNIVAL

Located in leafy street, high floor, this cozy apartment is divided by a folding screen into a 'bed room' and a 'living room', with small kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has cold and warm shower. On the kitchen you have a fridge, a microwave, electric stove and a electrical coffee pot. On the 'living room' there is a couch, a LCD TV, a dining table and a sofa bed (two single beds). On the 'bed room' there is a double bed, a safe deposit box and an airconditioning system that is enough for both living and bed room. Internet Wifi is complementary.

Feel yourself at home and take care of it as if it were yours.

Owner is a traditional Carioca (born in Rio) and will be happy to give tips about the city.

Very well located, this cozy studio leaves you on the heart of Ipanema and Copacabana. In two minutes walk you reach a subway entrance, in five minutes walk the famous Copacabana Beach and in ten minutes walk Ipanema Beach.

Within 15 minutes walk, at Arpoador you can have a relaxing moment watching a wonderful sunset.

All around the apartment you can find restaurants, snack bars, night clubs, supermarkets, drugstores, convenience stores, retail stores, movie theaters and theaters. It is also very close to Malls. The Corcovado, the Sugarloaf and the Botanical Garden are easily reached by bus or taxi.

On sundays you have a great option to buy souvenirs on the Feira Hippie - Ipanema Craft Traditional Market, where you have also the chance to taste Acarajé - one of the most exquisite national dishes.

Apartamento bem localizado, próximo ao terminal do metrô, de fácil acesso de carro, vindo do aéroporto, a uma quadra da praia de Copacabana e próximo ao comércio local.Bem próximo de restaurantes, padaria, farmácias e supermercados. Os cômodos são bem equipados e acomodam até quatro pessoas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rio and have no complaints about the apartment. We were made very welcome by Thea and Gui and were left fruit, water and most importantly tea!! The location is great, right in between Copacabana and Ipanema, both within easy walking distance. Best of all there is access to the Metro just at the end of the road which provides easy access to the whole city. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
