- Bathrooms or Heads as we call them on boats are located with each stateroom...2 on each boat...These boats are side by side at the Marina. It is important to mention here; although we have these heads on board most folks choose to use the Marina based facilities located a few steps away with a locked entrance for Marina guests only.

- Both boats have centre cockpits for the greatest privacy...resulting in a cabin [stateroom] and a bathroom at each end of the vessel. with a Main saloon in the centre for eating and entertainment. These vessels are equiped for long distance sailing and are available to do so. That is, too say...all the comforts are on board...music, stove with oven, fridge...6' 4' headroom in the centre, varnished teak everywhere. The Historic seaport offers the perfect location and atmosphere with open water views, nearby swimming pools, close to an Ocean Front tree swimming State Park. There is much to do in Key West, but the weather may be the best in the World...ranging from 70 to 90 F most of the time...water temp now in march is 76 F. It has happened too many times not to mention that sleeping on a yacht might just be the most restful sleep you can attain. i have been told so many times...by our guests. A bike, an Elec car good shoes and a smile is all you need to see the whole town.

Stay/Sail packages: This type of charter evolved over the years by us asking our clients what they would like to see us offer....By combining the 'Best of Key West' the night life, water activities, shopping, bars and restaurants, para-sailing, exploring and having your 'Room' go sailing with you while you snorkelled the beautiful reefs and explored the beaches. Some considered spending the night 'At Sea' anchoring in a lagoon at night to watch the stars. The present day offering of the Stay/Sail Package or the same heading
Design Your Day Your Way: The way we have found this charter works the best to pretend you own the boat and only visit you when you ask to go sailing. no one else has access to the boa. The security in the area is strong, in fact, we rarely lock the boats. it is a personal choice. There are so many add on's and extras we can do for you.... The Sky is the limit
Options for you to Consider: Since the boat is yours alone and your vacation time is very important to us we are willing to customize your Key West stay/sail charter aka Key west Bed and Breakfast. We offer wedding services, sunset meals at sea...overnight...extra snorkelling and sailing trips at a good discount.. Try us out and test us we can do it...
