Located in beautiful Santa Monica,one block North of Montana Ave and a short walk or bike ride to the beach .

An oasis in the city the house featuring a private back yard with a pool, covered dining area, lots of lounge space , BBQ and an outdoor fire pit.

The house itself is bright, spacious, and colorful. It has 3 BRs (3d is also an office), 2 full baths, one half bath, DR, formal LR w/ fireplace, Den with bar, fire place and flat screen TV, eat in- kitchen and a laundry room. The house is bright and light with lots of windows and hardwood floors throughout. A perfect house for a family, well equipped with games and books and room for everyone to spread out.

The Master bedroom has a California King, 2nd bedroom has a double and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed with a single trundle.

House includes two TV’s with premium cable, DVD in den ,Sonos music player, wifi & high speed internet, printer, unlimited free phone within US, and street parking.
