Only 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Studios and 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport. this Kissimmee holiday home has a nice swimming pool and is fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans in all rooms. It has a large lounge to relax in with TV and DVD player, formal dining room. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with large bath, a walk-in closet. a bathroom with shower is shared by the second and third bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need, and the choice of informal indoor dining in the kitchen diner or outdoor dining under the covered lanai by the pool. There is a washing & dryer machine through to a large double garage. All bedding and towels are provided.

I just wanted to take a minute and tell you how much my family and I enjoyed staying at the house in Kissimmee. The house is private, very spacious, and very comfortable. You have done a wonderful job with the colors and furnishings, and we appreciated how clean the property was. We briefly used the pool - even though the water was cold!!!

If I could suggest a couple upgrades that would make the stay even more enjoyable would be to have a pool heater and a BBQ Grill.

Thank you again. We look forward to staying there in the future.

A Wonderful Time

This home was all the writeup said plus more. The owners and caretaker went out of their way making our stay so enjoyable. There were Christmas decorations on the lawn and inside they even had a tree up for us. This was so nice!!! The house and lawns were very clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with friendly neighbors. I would certainly recommend this home to relatives and friends and we may even go back ourselves. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful to us. Within a very short drive there are attractions, good restaurants, downtown Kissimmee, Celebration and out in St. Cloud they too have a very nice area of small shops. We also love Winter Park and the good restaurants there.

Great Experience

Our family joined grandparents for a week at this home over Christmas. It was perfect for us. The decor, wall colours and furniture have all been chosen with care and give a terrific overall feel to this house from the moment you step inside. Our daughters loved their room with purple duvet and matching pillows; even the bed linen designs were carefully chosen. Our 9 year old rode her new scooter while the 11 year old walked the dog every morning around this safe neighbourhood. Jesus, the caretaker, was so helpful and friendly. His wife has a cake business and she treated us to a beautiful cake on Christmas Eve. We did swim in the pool on Christmas day; a first for all of us being Canadians. It was very cold (like a mountain lake in spring!) and if I could add anything to this rental property, it would be the option of paying to heat the pool. Otherwise, we really loved this place. Thank you so much for the use of your home in December. We found it extremely comfortable, well-equipped and a lovely neighborhood. I hope that everything was as you would have liked it after we left. We even swam in the pool on Christmas day to say that we did! Jesus and his wife were extremely kind to us and very helpful.
