2 centrally heated bungalows situated on the Hampshire Dorset border, with fully equipped kitchen . the lounge / diner has large LCD TV & DVD player, French doors leading out to the pool and summerhouse with a heated patio and BBQ area. the bedrooms have 1 double room an 1 twin room. The garden is set in 1 acre and has direct access to the countryside. the bungalow is set back 100 meters off the main road. We are 20 minutes away from Bournemouth town centre with its golden sandy beaches, great shopping, cinema and clubs. award winning Moors Valley is 5 minutes away by car with its play areas, cycle hire, beautiful walks, and tree top walk. Tower Park in Poole (8 miles) has a 10 screen cinema, splashdown, ten pin bowling, bingo, monkey business and places to eat. the new forest is only 15 minutes drive away Please ask us for more information.

This bungalow is newly built and we are opening Easter 2009. it has under floor electric heating and double glazed windows. bedroom 1 has a double bed and memory foam mattress, stag minstrel furniture, lcd TV. Fench doors open directly on to the patio and swimming pool. Bedroom 2 has twin beds with memory foam mattresses, stag minstrel furniture, lcd TV. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, basin, and heated towel rail. The kitchen has fitted units, dishwasher, electric oven and hob. off of the kitchen there is a large conservatory,This is the lounge / diner with large flat screen TV and DVD player. patio doors lead out into the 1 acre garden. the garden and swimming pool are shared with one other 4-5 person family.

The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable.
Its location is quiet enough but also convenient for the main roads to Bournemouth and Southampton.
The pool was great and the kids made the most of it.
There are plenty of choices with regards to shops, Pubs and supermarkets a short drive away.
A nice pub within walking distance and a country park area is also quite close.
The owners were close by but in no way intrusive, we didnt need anything but we knew where to ask.
We travelled to Southampton (they have an IKEA!) Paultons Park, Bournemouth and the New Forest without much pain.
I have recommended the house to friends already and would have no hesitation in returning.

We have just spent a very fantastic sunny week (15th August ) at Homestead Farm. The accommodation has everything you need and more and is clean and well maintained to a high standard. Our son loved the pool and enjoyed it several times a day and made great friends with the people in the Poole House located across from the main bungalow.
Homestead Farm is a great place for exploring the area of Bournmouth ,Wimborne ,Poole, Christchurch etc.
Brigitte and John who live next door are very helpful and on hand
(but only there if you need them)
We will would recommend this cottage to our family and friends

WE HAD A LOVELY TIME WE DIDN'T WANT TO COME HOME!

We came home yesterday after a really peaceful, relaxing holiday, our bungalow was beautiful, clean, very spacious and had all the home comforts you would like on your holiday.
We were supplied with lots of fresh, clean towels which was fab as we spent alot of time getting in and out of the pool!! We all loved the pool, in the evening Brigitte and John would put the pool lights on and it made the pool look extra special!!
The garden is enormous and every morning we enjoyed eating our breakfast outside, we also took advantage of the BBQ and our neighbours joined us for dinner, the children loved playing in the garden, and of course the wild rabbits were fun to watch too!!
Brigitte and John were always at hand if we needed them, they printed out the route to a local beach to look for fossils, left us the bus time tables and even put up a curtain on the back door, i only mentioned it on the second morning but on our return from a trip out the curtain was up, so thank you for that!!
We had some fab days out, Lyme Regis, Bournemouth, Monkey World to name but a few!! We also enjoyed lazing by the pool and watching DVD's on the huge tv!!
We found a Morrison's 5 minutes drive away which we bought all our goodies from!!
As you can tell we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, i have already recommended this bungalow to my family, and we will definitely go back... i'm working on it already with my husband, so hopefully we will be back next year !!
Brigitte and John had left us a bottle of wine and some beautiful flowers, thankyou so much for a welcoming stay!!
Anyone looking for a lovely relaxing holiday, you definitely wont be disappointed!!!

great holiday location

We stayed at the Pool House for a weeks holiday in July and had a great time-the cottage was comfortable and well-equipped and the location of Homestead Farm is ideal as its near to lots of great days out.We visited Bournemouth,Dorchester,Swanage and Splashdown water park amongst other places.Ringwood is just nearby for food shopping with a brilliant Waitrose and a Sainsburys,as for eating out try the Fishermans Haunt at nearby Sopley for posh pub grub!we loved coming back to the Pool house at the end of each day as our 2 boys were straight in the pool while we relaxed in the garden or conservatory.I have already recommended this place to friends and we hope to return ourselves-thank you to Brigitte and John for a lovely holiday!

We had a nice holiday in Three Legged Cross. Beautifull poolhouse, fully equipped and very clean, very helpfull "landlord" and a lot to see and to do.
