Maybe not next time
The house was nice and very homely. Pool was very warm and not enjoyable at all. Walking is very far not like it said just stroll it is about 14 blocks for kids it is very hard to do it. The boardwalk and beach were very enjoyable.

Owner's Response: I am glad you found the condo nice and homely. I am sorry you did not enjoy the pool as it has been an unusually warm summer. As for the distance from the beach, the condo is located one mile, almost exactly, from the beach, as stated in the listing. When people have asked me about walking to the beach with their children, I usually recommend against it. When I walk with my seven and ten year old kids, we end up stopping at the park, stopping for ice cream or a drink, stopping at the bookstore, etc., and not spending much time at the beach itself. But I think it depends on what you are in the mood for. If you do not mind a leisurely stroll with stops along the way, the walk is straight up Rehoboth Avenue past scores of restaurants and stores. I do hope you will consider staying at the condo again in the future. Thank you for your post.
