• Monthly and multi-month rates are available from Oct. 1, 2012, through March 31, 2013.
  
  Weekly rentals from June 1, 2013, through August 9, 2013 are Saturday to Saturday only.;
  
  Monthly and multi-month rates are available from Oct. 1, 2013, through March 31, 2014.
  
  Rates include departure cleaning, bed linens and towels. ;
  There is a 12% South Carolina and Horry County tax on rental fees. ;
  A $500.00 deposit is required at booking, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. ;
  Dates are reserved upon receipt of deposit, and confirmed with payment of the balance. ;
  A $200.00 Security/Key Deposit is required when the balance is paid. ;
  This deposit will be returned within 21 days of departure when the keys have been returned;
  and the unit has been inspected following departure by the manager or their representative. ;
