This holiday house is situated in Venta Lanuza overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It is located just across the road from a secluded sandy cove. There is a private patio area complete with patio furniture and is very safe and secure for children. The house has hot/cold air conditioning, lounge/diner with sofa bed settee, coffee table, English TV, radio/CD player, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, toaster, kettle, juicer, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a downstairs toilet with wash basin and a utility room with washing machine. The master bedroom one has double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is fully fitted with bath, shower, toilet and wash-hand basin, with shaver socket. All towels and linen are provided apart from beach towels. There is also a communal pool within the small complex.

This holiday house is situated in the small urbanisation of Calanuza in Venta Lanuza, within walking distance of a lovely sandy cove. The two bedroomed house has hot/cold air conditioning, lounge/diner with sofa bed, English SKY Satelite TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, dinning table and chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, kettle, coffee percolator, juicer, microwave, fridge freezer, cooking utensils and cutlery. There is a toilet and wash basin downstairs and a utility room with washing machine. The main bedroom has double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Towels and linen are provided with the exception of beach towels. There is a fully fitted bathroom upstairs. Outside is a private paved patio area complete with patio furniture, which is very secure and safe for childen. The small complex has its own communal pool.

Venta Lanuza is approximately 10km north of Alicante. it is located in the heart of the Costa Blanca between the historic City of Alicante and the well known holiday resort of Benidorm. It is a quiet location, but ideally situated for touring. A good bus service stops outside of the complex, running every hour and also a coastal narrow guage railway that offers easy access to all of the many resorts and attractions to the north as far as Denia, eg. Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia and Mundomar and south to Alicante City, where the train line ends. It is a short stroll down to the Marina or go into the fantastic Alicante Market. This station is situated just a short stroll from the complex - therefore hiring a car is not essential.
