3 bedroom, 2 full bath, sleeps 6

Renovated modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house. Spacious and airy with views of bay and sunset from deck. An outdoor area in the front of the house has a fireplace, dining area, BBQ, couch and lots of other seating. Ocean beach is a three block walk across Montauk Highway. Short walk to bay beaches and restaurants like Clambar and Lunch. Amenities include outdoor shower, Viking outdoor gas grill, Bosch convection stovetop, large flatscreen tv with netflix direct, basic cable, wireless internet, CAC, dishwasher, indoor fireplace, washer / dryer. The train runs behind house. We think this is a small tradeoff for beautiful bay and sunset views from back deck. Great biking and running paths behind house. Very comfortable for families. 5 minute drive to the town of Amagansett and super market. 10 minute drive to East Hampton and Montauk.
