SUITABLE. And CONFORTABILÍSSIMO NEW! UP TO 06 PEOPLE (already including children).

All furniture is NEW, were purchased recently ... still 'smelling shop'!! The apt. is also new!! In the bedroom there is a large mirrored wardrobes + 1 bed + 1 bunk + 01 + 02 EXTRA double mattress mattresses single EXTRAS: all mattresses are NEW and cover. HAVE pillows available (all with waterproof covers). In the room we have TV + DVD + set of brown leather sofas (siliconed foam sooo comfy) + L table with upholstered chairs. The modern bathroom has a bath SHOWER, plus a BOX of glass, and also all brand new parts and sanitary BRANQUINHAS!! Kitchen includes refrigerator, stove and microwave INOX, spacious closets well w / all the necessary utensils, including blender, coffee maker, electronic water cooler mineral water (20 liters gallon). The apt. whole is decorated with paintings, curtains always clean, plus other treats ... has great lighting, ceiling fans, and is super airy ... everything, everything for your total comfort and satisfaction! PROPERTY CLEAN, YOUNG AND VERY WELL CARE! The apt. Spa is located in Vera Cruz, + OR-5 MIN. (CAR) and less than 20 MIN. (Walk) CENTER OF Mongagua, ie very close to major tourist attractions CENTER offers in high seasons like: Amusement Park, Ecological Trails, Waterfalls, Shows, Several Restaurants, Feirinha, etc ... The neighborhood Vera Cruz, is a prime location for Mongaguá, is elegant, inviting, safe, and contains many RESIDENTS FIXED. It's a beach where people have fun too, but with enough peace and security ... We have close to fit. the EXTRA Supermarket, bakeries, ice cream parlors and more: NO NEED TO CROSS A RUNWAY! It is worth mentioning that, almost in front of our building, we also have a stall that sells fresh fish: fish in the same TIME! We have a fair of crafts, on the next block, and several large kiosks in operation. We have an extensive bike path and our track is fully restored!
