Torremolinos Vacation Rental : Montemar

My 6 year old daughter and I spent 5 lovely days in the studio apartment, which was well situated, with the beach and the marina at Belamadina within walking distance. At the marina there is a sea life centre and a good range of restuarants and shops. The property itself was clean and functional with English TV and air conditioning and was a perfect base for us. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance as well. The owner Les was extremely helpful, providing directions by email for me to give to the taxi driver on arrival and arranging a taxi for us back to the airport. I will definately be returning in the near future.

I wanted a nice relaxing holiday when I rented this place for a week. I'm happy to say I found it an excellent property for my needs. Very well located. it is indeed 5 mins walk from the beach. I must say, I'm always a tad sceptical when I read a brochure or a description of a property on a website, but these were spot on. Their were also a very good selection of bars, resturants and takeaways around the place. I particularly enjoyed my meals at The Ivy restaurant, China City and the Indian takeaway down the road. The communications from Les, the owner of the property before my stay were excellent and the customer service I recieved during my stay was perfectly fine. Air conditioning and TV demonstrated working. The property was nice and clean on arrival. The only question mark was the road next to the place, but it is mentioned in the detail. You can shut the windows and you don't really hear the traffic. Generally I didn't find it to be a drawback, because I'd spent the day on the beach and didn't want to burn further, so I switched the air conditioning on and watched English TV, but don't expect to sit outside and have a nice quiet glass of wine of an evening.

All in all, the place suited my needs very well, was very well located, and I would happily go back again (I'm thinking of re-booking for next year, but let me clear the credit card first).

A really enjoyable, relaxing break.

In the Studio, we spent a wonderful holiday. The study, although small, is very welcoming. It's also equipped with a small kitchen and a microwave for quick meals. The bathroom with shower was perfectly working and hot water always available. The study is also a wardrobe to store clothes and 2 single beds with table and chairs. It's located really close to the paseo just 5 minutes walk, and from the beach. Due to road works, there was some noise early in the morning, but otherwise is very calm and quiet. The apartment was fairly clean but the sand was still present. The owner is a delightful person and very kind. Immediately at ease. Really cheap price and with power consumption content. To visit again especially for the Spanish movida.
