With sheets and everything you need included. Just bring yourself, some clothes and be ready to relax.
About Carmela Petrone

Hi my names is Carmela I was born in 1953 in the south of Italy, I have lived many years in Swizerland to work and after this long period of hard work finally I get the chance to built my own house in the best Italian region, very well connected to big cities but in a very relax place. All my guest stayed very well here in Marti. After 20 years i live in this house I built a small house in the back yard of the old for me and my husband Antonio and then we decide in 2010 to restructure our old house that now we want to rent for holiday.

We are really in center of all the big Tuscan cities, is not on the beach side but is not far from that. is a quiet place where to relax and well connected with train to the most beautiful cities in the world, Firenze, Pisa Lucca and so on.The closest train station is very easy to find park, food store and town bar is close and other shops are maximum at 9 kilometers.

What makes this apartment unique

The views, the every time shock the foreigners people. the relax in the terrace and easy way to go and see new town. quiet countryside but connected like a big city.
