This home is conveniently located close to downtown and offers a comfortable open concept floor plan, high ceilings, spacious living room with several seating areas, and a 50” flat screen HDTV w/cable in the family room and wireless internet available. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with everything you would need, including stainless appliances, gas range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, dinnerware and glassware. The Master Suite has a hers walk-in closet and a separate large closet for him, master bath has high windows with lots of natural light. Upstairs the 2nd bdrm has a queen bed and 3rd bdrm a full size bed with a shared full bath w/tub and shower. The laundry area is equipped with washer/dryer. Your private backyard offers a courtyard, a gas outdoor grill, covered patio, outdoor table and seating, even a separate grass covered playscape for children.

Rates based on 1 to 6 person occupancy (Rates apply to Thanksgiving, Xmas, New Years)

Additional guests $100.00 a week or $25.00 a night (Limit two )

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful time in Austin. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the screened porch and the coffee shop/bakery just down the street. We walked to restaurants and SoCo just a short distance away. There were six of us and we had plenty of room. Janie was easy to work with. We will definitely rent from her again.

I was coordinating housing for a number of different people for SXSW so I wanted to make sure everyone was comfortable during the festival. The home far exceeded our expectations. We were able to house everyone comfortably. The well stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals together, which was great! The screened in patio was a wonderful place to hang out at the end of a long day. We were concerned the walk would be far, but we all ended up enjoying it because the house was close to so many incredible restaurants, food trucks and coffee shops. We couldn't have been happier.

amazing austin location and property!

This place is beautiful, clean, and totally austin in it's style. It's also huge and has a beautiful screened in patio and outdoor space. We stayed with 6 people and it was perfect! Janie is a fantastic host! This property is close to everything. We walked and took buses all around the city. I used to live in Austin on the northside, but now I am sold on the southside! I never cooked in the kitchen, but it was so beautiful and fully stocked with everything you would need for cooking! This was one of my favorite VRBO's to date! There are the cutest coffee shops and restaurants within a 1/4 mile! Also, watching people take photos in front of the famous austin sign a few doors down was hilarious! I very highly recommend staying at this property!
