Beautiful south west facing and spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a large private terrace commanding spectacular sea and mountain views. Only 500 metres from the award winning Blue Flag Beach in Burriana and a short walk away from the centre of the beautiful Spanish town of Nerja. This apartment is a popular choose for it's convenient yet quiet location. The views from this property over the sea, Nerja town and it's surrounding mountains are lovely. There is a huge well equipped terrace from which to enjoy the all day sunshine and the marvelous views. A substantial sun awning can be drawn over part of the terrace for some welcome shade. The house is comfortably furnished throughout with quality furnishings complimenting the white marble floors. The accommodation is all on one level. The bedrooms are also comfortable and are fitted with blackout sun-blinds and ceiling fans. The scenic walk to the centre of Nerja takes 15 min and 2 min to the beach front bars and restaurants.

You can find a diverse landscape on the Costa del Sol. It contains everything from mountains, sea, rural villages and popular tourist resorts. The beaches are cleaned every day, with services including restaurants, bars, beach umbrellas, showers, palm trees, disabled access and water sports, to name but a few. You can also find small secluded coves, if that is your preferred taste. There is also magnificent nightlife on offer and stylish boutiques and shops of every kind. It is also perfect for golfers and is known as 'golfers paradise' with over 60 golf courses the closest being 'Baviera' (par 72) and 'Anoreta' (par 71) are within a 20 minute drive.. The town of Nerja is a small, old fishing village that has kept it's old charm, with small narrow streets and many cheap restaurants in the town centre. The area has a very nice climate all year round, which makes it perfect for holidays. It also has much to offer in terms of sight-seeing the famous Nerja caves and the historic villages.
