Manasota Key is located across the bridge from Englewood. The Key is surrounded by six miles of pristine beaches and gorgeous Lemon Bay. We are close to Venice, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda and Sarasota. Beach combing, fishing, boating, walking, lounging by the pool and enjoying the local restaurants are the favorite pastimes of our guests. Want to visit Disney World in Orlando? We're just 2 1/2 hours or approximately 148 miles.

Notes: We have a gorgeous heated pool and are located on Lemon Bay with our own private dock. We are directly across the street from the beach and minutes from local restaurants. There is never a need to get in your car!

Our condo is fully furnished (self-catered). It includes all cooking utensils, pots & pans, toaster, blender, coffee pot, iron & ironing board, vacuum; everything you may need to make your stay more comfortable. We have a private boat dock and do not charge extra fees to dock your boat. We do not have facilities to leave your boat trailer but can refer you to the next door neighbour for a nominal parking fee.

Great for holiday relaxing

We just returned from Lemon Bay and we had a perfect holiday stay there. The location is ideal for relaxation, the nice beach is just across the street (especially great for shelling if you're into it but also great for just sunbathing and swimming). Everything has a very relaxed atmosphere.

The appartment was also great. Had a nice lanai, overlooking the boating slips (where you can see als sorts of birds and go fishing) and the bay. It was big enough for 4-6 people (2 big and very comfy beds in two bedrooms, each with a huge dressing closet) and one pull-out sofa if needed.

Everything was really clean and the caretakers where great and very nice. The condo is fully furnished, nothing that we missed during our 7 day stay. Especially great is also the BBQ grill that can be used at any time and a washing machine together with a dryer.

The best was that when we asked the owner if we there is a DVD player in the condo, she wrote back immediately saying that the are upgrading all the condos to new flatscreens and dvd players in the begining of 2009 and for our stay that we should just buy on and she'd reimburse us. That was so great! Because nearby there is a DVD rental store and so we bought a DVD player, got the money back and watched all the great new releases.

Also, since we were there on our honeymoon, the people from the condo put a nice bottle of champagne together with a congratulatory note in the fridge for us when we arrived, isn't that so sweet!?

Anyway, we had a great time in Turtle Bay Condos and can recommend anytime. We will definitinely come back again!

Wonderful Turtle Bay

We had a wonderful week over Christmas 2008 at Turtle Bay. Our Condo was very nice and we enjoyde the nice kitchen, the washer&dryer, the internet in the apartment, the pool and the closeness to the beach. All of this made our familyholiday very memorable. We can really recomend this place.
